Head of Internal Sales - North Dublin - S011081 The Head of Internal Sales is a responsible, hands-on individual who co-ordinates the outbound sales team, encouraging your team to exceed KPI's and promotes positive, effective internal and external communication with your team.

Substantial bonus, Pension, 22 days Annual Leave, Death in Service, Health & Wellness subsidy, Holiday voucher Office based role Nature and Scope The Head of Internal Sales is a responsible, hands-on individual who co-ordinates the outbound sales team, encouraging your team to exceed KPI's and promotes positive, effective internal and external communication with your team.
Main responsibilities 1.
Inspire the outbound sales team to develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure they do not turn to competitors.

Collaborate with the Sales Manager in sales strategy development including developing sales plans that expand the customer base and ensuring the company maintains a strong industry presence and your team succeed in reaching and exceeding their KPI's.

Work closely with the outbound sales team, motivating and coaching them to achieve a competitive edge, enhancing existing team performance and sales results.
Hosting regular 1:
1's and team meetings, monitoring their effectiveness and reporting feedback for improvement.
Develop knowledge of products and services to meet sales targets and achieve growth through training on these products and services with your team.
Have a working knowledge of our core markets and competition within these markets to effectively implement the sales strategy and relay them to the outbound sales team.
Provide advice and coaching to the outbound sales team to ensure team morale.
Lead and inspire your team to deliver excellent levels of individual and team performance and customer satisfaction and to meet and exceed KPIs and targets.
Manage day-to-day line activities.
Prioritise and make risk/impact assessments within existing processes and procedures to assist your team in their daily role.
Use company methodology, team input, and own initiative to ensure targets are achieved.
Ensure the fair and consistent application of performance management and disciplinary measures as necessary.
Directly supporting sales representatives in answering calls when necessary.
Liaise with Senior Manager on any obstacles your team is facing with proposed solutions.
Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements through open communication with the outbound sales team.

Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust with your team involvement.

Assigning and following up on leads generated by other departments.
17.
Working to monthly sales and revenue targets as set by Sales Manager.
18.
Entering all required data for sales onto the company system - updating NetSuite and inputting information on competitors.
19.
Openly listening to your team with regard to their requirements and assisting with progressing sales.
20.
Representing company at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations.
21.
Challenge any exceptions with a view to getting the customer to buy and ultimately the customer being satisfied with customer service.
Maintaining quality of service through continuous assessment and improvement.
23.
Identify product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors and relaying to Sales Manager/purchasing.
24.
Advising monthly or as required promotions to assist your team in line with company objectives , monitoring the impact and effectiveness of these promotions.
Maintain professional persona and positive attitude.
26.
Continuously reviewing your own KPI's, aiming to meet or exceed targets.
27.
Feeding future buying trends back to the Sales Manager.
28.
Attending team meetings and sharing best practice with colleagues.
29.
Complete a once a year stock take on a Saturday / Sunday.
30.
Confidentiality is required in relation to all customers details and supppliers details.
Under no circumstance is any third party to receive any information relating to customers or suppliers details.
31.
In addition to the duties and responsibilities listed above, the Head of Internal Sales may be required to perform other duties as deemed reasonable and necessary by company Experience The right person must have experience working with a large product range.
Leadership and mentoring experience is essential.
Extensive KPI experience is essential.
