Responsibilities:
Follow-up with leads to increase salesNurture relationships that connect with our clients to generate more salesHold buyer and seller consultations to find out their needs and wants in a home, then show properties that meet those needsConduct open houses to promote agency listingsOversee the entire process from property listing to closing to ensure a quick and seamless transaction experienceAttract prospective clients to promote new businessHave local knowledge of the community and market conditions to answer questions about potential homes, similar properties and the surrounding neighborhoodReal Estate Sales Agent
Qualifications:

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
