The Application Support Specialist is responsible for resolution and dispatch of all company applications and user issues for all on-site and corporate office personnel. The ideal candidate is a proven leader in multi-family housing with experience in providing software support and training.

Provide comprehensive helpdesk support via telephone and internet to end users for problems or questions related to RealPage software products.
Identify, research, and resolve applications problems and ensure technical issues are correctly escalated to RealPage support or IT service provider.
Administer users and setup of systems to meet the operating needs of Cortland.
Assist with the setup of new properties in all multifamily applications.
Assist with the development of end user instructions for the implementation of upgrades/updates.
Assist with the testing and evaluation of new software, systems and/or applications. Provide feedback from an end user's point of view to ensure smooth use once implemented.
Review and analyze management reports for accuracy if problem is reported. Research to determine where data or report issue is occurring and provide detailed information to applicable 2nd tier support for property resolution.
Analyze, troubleshoot and prioritize technical support issues. Escalate issues to appropriate department for support, as necessary.
Utilize help desk software to track IT support needs and capture problems and solutions for reference as well as to identify future training needs.

Ability to meet deadlines
Ability to perform multiple assignments without immediate supervision is necessary
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Minimum of 6-12 months of hands on property management/accounting software systems experience
RealPage software knowledge is preferred
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
