The CCRC team at Corestaff Services is seeking 2 Recruiters to help fill Accounting/Finance positions and Administrative/Clerical opportunities on a national level.
As a Recruiter, you are responsible for sourcing active and passive candidates from internal and external resources. You will introduce Full time and Temporary positions to potential candidates via telephone screening. As a Recruiter, you will provide consistent outstanding customer service and career guidance to candidates. Ability to quickly screen candidates against client specific requirements, managing the scheduling and logistics of client interviews, negotiate pay rates and manage the onboarding of new temporary employees.
